Apex vs Nytro - which boondocks better, stock?

Thinking about going Yammy & wondering which of these sleds, in stock configuration, would be best for boondocking, occasional hill climbing but nothing serious, and the obligatory trail when off-trail just isn't practical.

I assume 162" track is the way to go, but comment on that as well.

Ride elevation is generally 10,000'.

Thanks.

Oh, how about fuel range while boondocking - is there a big diff between the two and what kind of range you getting?

I'm 6'3, 235# in case that matters.

Stock for stock, i pick the nytro. Nytro is easier to flick around and is lighter. Rider position is also much better IMO.

Fuel economy, its a tie and the Nytro has a smaller tank. I run a apex and my buddy has a nytro and we generally get about the same mileage out of a tank, although im 6'8" 230 with gear on and he is 6' and maybe 190. Playing hard i might get 60 miles to a tank but usually in th 50's, thats with little trail riding and all deep snow.

The 162 makes the apex float better but just put one on the nytro and your set, it has plenty of torque to push it.

Just my .02

i've owned both and have ridden them both stock and modified. IMO, the nytro is the better sled for all-around riding enjoyment (stock). the nytro is absolutely made for boondocking in stock form and all kinds of fun to ride.
