Apex SC GEMS module do you like it?

I'm a flat lander but wondering how you guys like the GEMS control module? It annoys me that I cant blip the throttle without it spitting and sputtering because it responds slower then the engine. I figured you guys in the mountains would notice this more then I would, is it just a idle thing or does it impact your driving when your in and out of the throttle very fast?

BTW I just bought my SC apex and snow melted before I could really put it through its paces. So now I'm just waiting for next year

Other than not being water tight I have not had issues with the controller. Mine idles fine and runs great. I have no spitting or sputtering issues and I ride in the trees a lot.

I would second that. I had one go bad and one get reprogrammed but it worked really well except 1 weekend out of the season. I ride with a guy that has one on a nytro and has never had problems.

Awesome thanks guys I am itching to try it out this winter but what a looooong wait.

Mine idles great but its when I blip the throttle for no reason other then to hear it roar the engine will roar then sputter for a second. I lvoed that in my RX1 on nitrous I just blipped the throttle at idle and it was like whhhack whhhhack whhhhack made it sound so mean

I need some miles on this beast!
