Apex Risers & Exhaust

I was wondering if anyone has recommendation on going to a higher setup. I was wondering how much taller you can get away with without getting new/longer cables.

Suggestions on aftermarket exhausts. I want something to shave weight that has good sound without being obnoxiously loud. I'm considering a nitrous system but can't afford the turbo or supercharger.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
