apex parked for 3 years

hello, i am currently looking at a used 2007 apex mountain se.
the owner said he stored it properly and that it has not been used for 3 years.
is there any reason to stay away from this sled. i am unfamilar with four strokes and i am slightly concerned that maybe sitting for so long could cause problems with he sled. would this reduce the reliability of the sled? is there anything at all that would be affected negatively from sitting?
any info orpersonal opinions are greatly appreciated

Change the fluids, replace the batteries, and ride it!

Check for rodent mayhem on wires and hoses and elswhere. I bought a phazer last year that had been sitting for awhile. Ran weird on the first run......until I blew his cooked *** out the tailpipe.......

Especially check inside the airbox
