Apex/Nytro motor mounts

Are the mounts on the motor of a Nytro and Apex in the same place?
Can you remove a Apex motor and install a Nytro motor with the same mounts?

The mounts are different angle, apex motor sits more upright compared to nytro mounts more laid back, they are pretty close apex motor bolts up in a nytro, motor mount wise.

The motor mount center to center distances on all the motors is the same, so thats Apex, Nytro, Vector and Rx1. If you are wanting to put a Nytro motor in a Deltabox chassis it'll bolt right in, it will sit differently than the Apex/Rx1 block but it'd basically be a fuel injected Vector. The center to center distance for the clutch will be the same at 262.5 mm but the primary clutch will sit lower and a bit back in the chassis comared to the Apex engine.

does anyone have pictures or can describe how hard it is to fit an apex motor in a nytro? thinking of maybe trying it..... thanks

It's a alot of work, no major welding or fabbing, but very time consuming fiddling with all the small things fit properly.
