apex light questions

i want to run the windshield on my apex to keep the look but i dont want to run the stock headlights i also dont have the stock head lights or the mounting for them can i buy the headlight bracket and just run a mesh over it to duct air into my intercooler. does that headlight deal hold the windshield up?

The windshield screw to the headlight assembly, same with the gauge pod.

Maybe look at a one piece hood from CR Racing or Alpine????? Then by PIAA lights or something......then you'll have lots of air flow
