apex error code 15??

Anyone have a list of error codes? Met a guy and his sled is showing code 15 and won't start. Thanks guys

code 15 is tps code but aperently most supercharged apex's run with that code so i guess buddys sled that wouldn't run wasn't because of the code, unless the box is nfg.
