Anything left in south CO??

Went up to Cottonwood two weeks ago, plenty of *spring* snow, parked less than a mile above Denny Creek trailhead. Pretty deserted up there on weekends, one or two other sleds. I might be sick from work tomorrow, Upper Taylor SNOTEL reports 4" from yesterday, and there is 6-8" predicted tonight. I did find some fun spots down in the trees, shaded from the sun a bit. If I don't go tomorrow (or even if I do), I will probably be up there with the kids Sunday. Might as well enjoy it, it's better than no snow, or mowing your lawn.

Plenty of snow in Crested Butte, though that may be a haul for most people. We rode about 10" fresh today with a massive base, no rocks yet above 10k or so.

Cottonwood had about 6" of fresh, dense snow and not a single track on Saturday. Overall lost a little on base in the last 3 weeks, but it was not a lot. Road was cleared up until about 2-3 miles before the bowl. If they get the pass cleared this week, could result in more on-snow activity from tourist types.
