Anyone using the Troy Lee Design 7855 Body Armor?

Looking for something to wear during the summer and winter that is flexible and breaths. Been cruising the net and this seems to fit the bill. Anyone have a preference?

I like the mesh material and the foam pads. Want to use it for BMX racing as well as sledding so it needs to be flexable and breath. A lot of the other ones have a ton of straps holding everything together, think maybe this would just make it more uncomfortable. This one looks more like a jersey with pads incorporated in it rather than a jersey with pads strapped to it. Nobody close to where I live stocks any of these so it's pretty much buy it and hope you like it, that's why I'm hoping to hear from some people who already are using one, what brand it is and why they like it.

Thanks

I just picked up a Suzuki Dual-Sport for roaming the roads waiting for snow so I could use it for both machines. I'll have to look that one up.

I wear similar tights under my knee&shin guards and like it. For my top I prefer hard armor and have worn a Thor Impact rig for a few years. My forearms, elbows and shoulders hit branches, trees and the ground more on a bike than they did on a sled, but I really like fending off branches with my arms, even when I jump on a sled. Hard plastic on mesh might breathe better on warm days, but you want wool or poly under any of this in the snow.

Edit to ad: jackets can take a beating over hard armor, but I haven't completely torn one yet.

I've worn a Thor Impact Rig for the last 6-7 years and love it. I've bought a tekvest and another style vest since, but have sold both and always gone back to the Impact Rig.

Last season I was tired of the elbow and forearm padding so I cut the arms off just below the shoulder and love it even more now.
