Been trying to contact Andy @ GSR for a week or more and getting nothing. Mostly by phone, is there a better way to contact him? Sent a shock his way for repair and looks like UPS lost the danged thing! Trying to see if it got to Andy and UPS just doesn't know it.

Any help would be appreciated!
