Anyone running Trailtech lights?

Looking for some lights for my Turbo Nytro(no headlight). Anyone running the MR11 from trail tech or should a guy get the HID SCMR16 lights. Looking to run a spot and a Flood. MR11 79.99 per light SCMR16 150.00 per light. Do the MR11 put out enought light for night riding? Are they any good? Kind of pricey but dont want to put the stock headlight back in.
