I haven't personally but know about 6 different guys that have and the concensus is they are a little sensitive and tend to flash a lot even though the machine will run for 2000+ miles. Most just say dial in your AFR and your good to go. Not one would reccomend the box anymore as its not that valuable.
I run one on my apex and I have never seen mine flash while riding. If you do decide to run one, make sure it's mounted where it can be easily seen. Just my 2 cents.

If they are to sensitive you have it set wrong. I have one on one of my sleds it goes threw its start up but I have never had it go off indicating det. i tend to run better than needed fuel for boost so I guess I would not expect it to go off. I dont think it is needed unless you are pushing the edge of safe with the fuel you are running af could be just fine but not enuff octane to prevent det. or if you are useing window washer injection to cool the charge you might want one. just my thoughts.

I run one on my Apex. Contacted Parker because I didn't think it was working. Awesome guy to deal with, after going through everything with him I was going to send it back and have him test it, I just didn't believe it was working. That weekend I filled up at a different station, big pow day and what do ya know, bam! started to see knock at around 12 psi, phew, let off the trigger and got rid of that fuel and never went back to that station. Glad I knew I had bad fuel before I spent the day blowing my motor, I think they work well.
I have had them on my last 2 Nytros. I set mine very sensitive, so yes you will see the odd flicker, especially if it hits the limiter. On my 09 I also tried higher compression and a water/meth injection and the only indication I had that there was anything wrong with the injection system was the knock box lighting up. I did some minor engine damage but if it had not been for the knock box I would have grenaded the motor big time.

I was able to find a used one.I recieved it today without any instructions.I looked online and cant find anything.
