Anyone rode hood in the past day or two???

Mt hood on friday 1-9-09

Lost a lot of snow, we had to go up to find good riding, and didn't have any ice-scratchers. I'm not going up till theres new snow!

OUCH! Thanks there goes the weekend and ya its not worth tearing up a new sled either, I wonder how bend is? It didnt seem like they got all the rain but I could be wrong. This sucks it was nice a few weeks ago I sold my m6 bought a m8 in a hurry and now nothing to do except put parts on and think about what its like to ride it Now im searching the riding areas in search of snow.?.?.?

I rode out of Skyline yesterday and it was pretty icy. We went back into high rocks and by the time we got back there it had softened up pretty well. There is not a whole lot of snow and it was pretty warm up there. Kind of like riding in late March. I would definately say don't go unless you have ice scratchers. On another note, they have plowed road 42 about two or three miles out of the park for a logging operation so you have to get into high rocks area the back way.

How is Hood Looking for 1/24/09

Just wondering if anyone had been up there and where are the good spots to ride?
