anyone know where this went

After removing gas tank, seat, secondary and airbox on my 2012 SBA, and after final assembly and clean up, I found this square nut. It is square and threaded. I have no idea where it could have came from. It may be possible it was allready on my garage floor and got kicked around, maybe from the lawn tractor but I am not sure, it looks kinda old and rusty to be off a 2012......

I keep seeing people use the SBA term and cant figure out what it stands for. Could someone please enlighten me on this.

thats your crankshaft nut..do not start your sled till you put it back on...i repeat...do not start your sled....

not.

I'm reasonably certain that nut is used to secure the headlight fluid reservoir.....could be mistaken though.

I would look under your lawn tractor. Blades have been known to take flight and go through windows. Not that I would know anything about that.:face-icon-small-con
