Anyone know what Fly's warranty is

Last year i broke the visor on my Fly carbon F2 on a drop. I'm wondering if they cover anything with a warranty like the competitors? The helmet is only 6 months old and i can't find anything on their website about warranty. I've sent Fly racing a couple emails and have gotten no response. Needless to say if this is the way they are going to treat their loyal customers I will be going with 509 our someone with integrity next time. I can't stand companies that can't even reply to an email, no matter what the outcome. If I have a question our a warranty claim with Klim or 509, they are super helpful. Any info would be great.

A drop,(me and sled off a mountain) hit the handle bars. 509 had a lifetime warranty on their visors. Since they are so cheap, why wouldn't they warranty it?

Warranty???

You broke the visor, replace the fckn thing!

Sounds like you're a VERY LOYAL customer.:face-icon-small-dis

Wow! No need to be a big DB. I simply asked if anyone knew if they had a warranty. I will replace it. I would have been more than happy to buy new Free Rides from Klim too, but they opted to replace them for free. I've had them for ten years and would have had no problem buying new ones. They asked me to send them in so they could check them out and apparently my Gortex was leaking. My hats off to then for that. As for your comment...eat a D!@?! Go be an a$$ somewhere else. No one has time for people like you especially me.

509 warranty covers visor, they do this to differentiate. Seems this guy is asking if Fly does the same but way to rake the guy for asking.

People get a little edgy in the summer months:)

Like said above, 509 does it to be different than other people. It is rare that you will ever find a company that warranties something you broke. But it doesn't hurt to ask. To answer your question, NO, Fly will not warranty it. Their warranty covers manufacturers defects. Let us know what make and model the helmet is and we can order you up a new one.
