Can we ride Stevens pass this year?

Well the old stand by date is april 15th... So maybe its open to ride this coming week? Im sure someone on here could tell us more?

Today is their last day of operation, but that's all I know.

I was up skiing for closing day yesterday and it was firm! If by chance they do open it to sledding next weekend hopefully it softens up. Otherwise they have a ton of snow and it should be good

So they let you ride at the ski resort?

You can ride the backside of Stevens from the nordic center starting 4/18 per the forest ranger.

the nordic center...is that just over the pass (past the resort)? website says 5 miles east of the summit. never been there before so just wanted to see if that was the same area your talking about.

Thats correct its on the east side about 5 miles down the hwy. Anyone planning on heading up Saturday or Sunday?
