i made a bunch of these, i am hoping to sell them for $95 a pair. simple, small,durable and light weight. made from UHMW plastic and stainless hardware.

re. sled racks
hi, sorry it took me so long to get back. for the old tunnel style you will need to drill 2 3/16" holes on each side of your tunnel. the hold down ratchet and bracket uses the holes for the stock rack. if you don't have the stock rack then you will need to drill 2 more 3/16 holes in the top of your tunnel. if you choose to remove the racks the old holes can be filled with rivets so the tunnel does not have any random holes and keeps things looking clean.
i have just started making an updated rack for the 09 and newer tunnel style, same amount of drilling. the snowboard is just mounted up a bit higher in the back so your lower snowboard edge clears the tunnel gusset. if you pm me with your email i will send you some pics.
