Anyone have serious miles on the"Fix kit"?

I just squeaked the mag side cylinder at 778 miles after updated polaris top end. PTO cylinder and piston looked great. Mag side had scuffing that was unreal. Thinking about the fix kit but haven't seen anyone with a lot of miles yet.

One other question. As far as the bottom end goes is there any way to get any metal out of there that might have gotten in? It looks good but I'd like to be sure.

ive seen guys with 2,000 plus miles.

run the fix kit and pair it with a PCIII or V. you must address the fueling issue between the injectors

I've got 1900 on the fix. The last 350 has been boosted. Pistons still look good! I ran a Pcv with the stoutner map till I put the turbo on it

I'm currently running a PC-V with the dtr map. When i talked to pms polaris they insisted that if i do this kit to get rid of the fuel controller. I think I'm gonna run it anyway

I was told the same info but I think more fuel in the mid range is pretty cheap insurance. IMO until Polaris could come out with better mapping my Pcv stayed on the sled

I can't decide between the rk tek replacement pistons or "the fix". I'm leaning toward "the fix" because of their track record but I really don't like the fact of adding a spacer and definitely don't think it's necessary. I think it just comes down to pistons that fit. I do like the idea of 5hp from added volume to the bottom end though.

Fix kits in. Seems to run a hell of a lot smoother. Got 3 heat cycles on it and a drive to the trailer is all but so far so good.! I just hope it lives up to its name "the FIX kit".

i think you'll be happy with the 'fix' kit. been running it for 500 miles or so, putting boost on it tomorrow, so we'll see how good the pistons look.
after i put the kit in it, the sled idled easier, sounded better, and didn't vibrate as much. i do have a PCV on it as well; but will yard that for the BD box, and if that falls short, boost-it will be getting some business...

Mines actually idling a bit lower but I'm hoping its just because of the heavy premix in this first tank. Fingers crossed
