ANyone have primary spring chart?

I looked in the 2008 racing book and it says:

PL/PL is 160/320
pl/bl is 160/290
bl/pl is130/320

Hey there!

the first color is the lower spring tension blue being 130 lbs. and purple is 160 lbs. they both with have 320 lbs. on the top side. What is it that your after?

stupid moment, which way do you read the spring

Ya you got the right Idea but the wrong spring.... you want a purple/blue not a blue/purple.

read with the colors at top or bottom? I can't remember.

To your question, looking to be able to throw a bit more pin weight at my new xp. Riding at 8-10K' & I am not shifting all the way out & I want my clickers on #3. So far, with all types of adjustment, haven't been where I want it yet..

spring

the higher the finishing spring tension=more resistance to upshift= more weight needed to up shift as in comparison to a lower finishing tension or poundage will upshift sooner than a stiff spring. Leave your spring alone and just add another 12mm set screw and try it.
