Anyone have good luck with their Motorfist helmet? Mine fell apart, twice.

I really like my MF pants, they have held up great over the last couple years.
Got a deal on a new MF helmet this year. After 4 days of riding, trail rides with my kids, honest, this fall, the thing was in shambles. Visor clip broke, cheek pads wouldn't stay snapped, plastic trim around the bottom cracked and pulled out.
MF had great service, they sent me a new helmet, no charge.
Since winter sucked here and I was working all the time, only got in a couple more family rides this season.
Was just cleaning up gear and storing it and noticed the new helmet now is cracking around the bottom trim and pulling apart again!
Is everyone else's helmet holding up fine or are they very delicate helmets?

A delicate helmet is not something I'd wear.

No problems with my Fly F2 Carbon all year! I tried the MF on in the store and it didn't feel like something I was comfortable using to protect my head.

We have noticed many visor clips break, and that has been taken care of by Motorfist 100%, as to the plastic trim coming undone, we only had one or two cases of that, and they took care of that too. We would just suggest getting ahold of Jake in their warranty department and he will be sure to get you taken care of.

I had the bottom trim come off of one after a really cold ride. Got a replacement and it seems to be separating again too. Other than that I love this helmet, really comfy, high safety ratings, light, and a good price.

Sorry to hear you are having problems guys.

Ya get ahold of us through our warranty dept. It just sounds like some bad luck and will send you out a new one if there is a problem.

The helmets are ECE and DOT rated and are the only helmet in the world that had the EPS liner attached directly to the shell with Composite Fusion PLus tech. This provides a safer helmet give no air gap on impact. One top of this the EPS is fused with cone technology.

Here is a video about it:

In any case….sounds like the helmet are bad. Maybe 2x for AZ800! Lets get you guys another OR wait till fall. We have 3 more models of helmets that are full carbon and such that will hit this fall. We can replace them with the new model then.
