CC, you'll be fine. Yer young, strong, athletic and you are intelligent. Just listen to the Doc and don't be a puss on yer rehab. The term "no pain no gain" is correct, just don't overdoo it. Dr. John will say "Let pain be your guide on how much excercise you do"
