The nytro 153 rails are the same boldt holes as the apex.The rails will boldt right on your skid.

no no i realize that but i am in manitoba canada and am wanting to run a 153 cat skid with a 153 track in an apex mountain tunnel but im wondering how much to long the tunnel will look on the skid

A 153" cat skid is going to end up being almost as long as your stock Yamaha skid. I have a 153" cat skid with a big wheel kit/axle and run my stock 162" track.
