Wondering how the weight distribution is

Under front ski
Front of skid
Back of skid

My 2012 ktm 300xc is 125 front and 125 rear in dirt trim ready to ride. With the kit on (2015 LT) and with the track sitting on a 2x4 under the front skid shock it was 145 on the ski and 190 on the 2x4 under the skid.

That kinda makes sense,

Just wondering how the load on the forks is compared to the sled

Here's an other way to define weight distribution: :face-icon-small-ton

Have built a custom dual snowbike hauler. The correct tow hook load on the sled was crucial so we had to know center of gravity of the snowbike.
By lifting the bike with straps and a crane we could find the balance point .

In our case the center of gravity was approx. 50 mm (2") behind foot pegs.
The bike was a KTM500 rear mount turbo, short track, full gas tank and with Rotopax 2 gallons extra fuel in rear.

I get that just wondering if you can build the forks heavy enough to handle more weight on a custom build

You're right.
It may look stupid for most of you but this thing was built for a special spring trip to a remote area in the swedish mountains. We travel to a cabin for one week stay. It's located 50 km in middle of nowhere. Not possible to carry all fuel, food and all that on our snowbikes. This will build hauls two bikes with no problem. My buddy pulls all other things on his sled.
