Anyone else having troubles with typing messages

I seem to be having toubles with snowest being slow and the key board not responding as you type. It only seems to do it while the ads are playing.

I was going to start a thread like this. I actually thought maybe one of my kids spilled their Coke on the key board until I tried another computer and it was just as bad.

Well you got some s#it going on at your end!
I frequent many sites, & this is the only one giving grief.
Same issue occasionally when typing and terrible slow to load at times.

Happens all the time. Doesnt seem to have anything to do with the site being busy. This site has more problems then any other site I visit. Eric

I don't have any problem here but on another site I have to click on the remove text formatting symbol in the upper left corner of the message box. It's the blue double A symbol with the red cross through it.

Well, for what its worth.
We will be upgrading all the software on the site this year from vBulletin 3.x up to 5.1

That will be an entirely new forum software package, and we will probably be adding a 3rd server to increase capacity as well.

Hopefully, anything odd you are experiencing will go away with the upgrades.

I see it a fair amount as well. snowest will bog my computer down like no other site I visit. i play with it more and see if i cant figure out a better detailed description of what I see.

I'm having the sporadic typing issue also for the last 7-10 days while trying to reply to thread?

Press the keys and nothing happens.

It makes typing a response almost impossible

You can't fault gramma cause she has a hard time seeing the keyboard.

Plus you guys need to try posting when your drunk a little less. That might help.

I see it on both FF and IE....however, IE is about impossible to use on the site now.

And each time it happens, I've seen the Land Sea Shark ad on the right side.
