anyone else having this fit kit problem?

Put on my 2015 ST onto my 2015 SX450F KTM. My fit kit appears to be lacking a couple spacers for the ski spindle. The axle diameter is alot smaller than the inside diameter of the spindle, and there is also alot of side clearance to be taken up between the fork leg and the spindle. Of couse its saturday so can't call timbersled till monday. Has anyone else ran into this problem?

There should be 2 narrow spacers on each side of the spindle between the forks, same ID as OD of the axle. Maybe hung up in the pacakaging? I'm not sure about the axle 22mm?

Those small spacers were included. This axle is stepped down, and is a smaller diameter than on my friends XCw500. I believe its an all new axle on the sxf for 2015

Same issue on a yz kit I put on yesterday. The spacers are long enough but the tolerances are too loose on the center spacer and the front axle will not go into the spindle so the bolt sticks out of the side of the fork leg 3/4". Will be curious to see what they say on Monday.

This sucks! I'm hoping for a road ride by wed. What year YZ? I guess the 14-15 fit kit is different than 10-13 ones. If you need me too, I could give you some measurement from a 2011 fit kit, the ski isnt on that bike yet

Yep. 14-15 kit. The weird thing is that the kit only has two spacers for the front spindle and in the instructions it has the third spacer blacked out by a marker. Have to wait until tomorrow I guess.

Great post! I put my ski on this weekend (left wheel on for easier garage movement till snow flies around WA) and noticed exact same thing, was wondering? I'm gonna call Monday.
To clarify for those not understanding the problem…the 2 ring spacers included with fit kit only help center the ski between fork clamps, don't do anything about axle diameter being necked down smaller in the middle where Tsled ski connects. Seems like this transfers tons of pressure up to those spendy fork tubes…not good.
