anyone else have a problem with iceage performance?

I think i waited about 3 weeks for my rails. There might be variables not obvious...we're these a shelf rail or special order? Anodized or raw? If i remember correctly, they dont anodize in-house. They sub out the anodizing.
 
I have never had a problem with Ice Age.I have bought a couple sets of rails and a couple of sets over the years and have got nothing but great service and product..
In fact if I needed rails again I would be going back there again.

Your parts must be on back order,did you try phoning them?
 
It was a helmet that was not made anymore but still advertised on their site, no one called to tell me so I called after two weeks and they apologized and I ordered a different helmet which was in stock. Waited another week or so and called again and was told its been sitting on a desk because someone forgot to mail it out, I'm still waiting! Was told they'd make it right by waving shipping cost, but their policy is free shipping over $100 purchase anyways. Idk, bad first time experience
 
Yep the holes on my custom rails were over sized for the stock hardware. The placement of the torsion spring holders that bolt to the rails were misplaced causing them to slip out and puncture a brand new power claw track, shearing both springs in half. It was only a $1500 mistake by them but other than that no I haven't had any problems. Oh and after calling them and sending emails they said it was a mistake and they were sorry. No replacement rails or any kind of discounts on anything.
 
A friend of me got a set custom rails from them. They was to short cmmpared to what was ordered. Ice age made it right with shipping a new set of rails free of charge. Did i say we are overseas?
That is what i call good customer service.

they've been great for me to work with; although i didnt try to order during the busiest part of the year. i think my rails were 2 weeks with custom ano
 
Ill lend a hand,

I run most of the shipping and order managing @ IceAge and I will be the first to admit, during show season, orders, especially gear related take a lot longer then we would like some times. Our stock of gear/helmet/softgoods gets loaded into the trailer and never comes into the shop for a month straight. With gear being the biggest seller at shows it is hard to keep the website up to date during this portion of the year as things are sold and replaced so rapidly. Also, the gear is buried almost inaccessibly during the 2 days per week we are in the shop between shows. This can make for some delays on items as we are just stretched during those few weeks of shows. Life is back to normal, we are here 5 days a week and all the gear is up and organized in the shop.

I appologize for the delays, helmet is in transit and should be there on Thursday.
