Mine has a 144" and I wanted to go with a 151" or 154". Has anyone done this? If so pictures would be nice. And has anyone bought and installed an aftermarket air intake? Like the K&N??? What do you think of the two mods? Thanks, Eazy.

you could do a set back and big wheel kit to take up the slack and not need extensions.
I run a 151 with a 144 setback. It does allright. Next time, personally, I'm going with 151 rails. With the setback, you really dont gain much. You lengthen from the drivers to the rail tips, the part that doesnt really contact or do much on the snow as far as propulsion or flotation. Plus, I like the look of 151 rails. Mine looks like a 144 still....
I also ran, up untill I added N2O on my 670, Kickass air filters. they are a steel mesh filter, like a K&N, but without the cotton gauze. Dont need that fine of filtration on a sled. Snow melts to water, and water cloges K&N easilly

Wow! Nice sled. And whats a setback? I'd post pics of mine but I don't know how to put up pictures... Any help?
151" track, 144" skidframe. You relocate the skid 4" back to take up the extra track length

You can barely tell what kina sled that is, looks cool though. Here's a couple of mine, took these about a month ago, I have a mess load of decals on it now... Haha. I like it...
