Ooooooooohhhhhh it happened. Great snow all day. Was a little warm in the afternoon when the sun poked itS head out. Didnt waste time taking too many pics. I was having trouble finding my camera under all the powder.

We had an incredible day today. Great visibility and really deep snow. Had some of the big bowls all to ourself until late in the day. Nearly everyone stayed down low. There was some wind loaded slopes on the west side of the main valley going up from the Baker Lake snow park and we saw a guy set off a small avy. He was asking for it. 40-45 degree slope, wind loaded with heavy wet snow. The avy took his sled away and left him at the top. Again was just a great day. We got up high into some really fun areas over the course of the day. 3-4 minute full throttle pulls in 2 plus feet of virgin snow. On the down hills we were carving it up and the snow just curled up over our shoulders.
