I'm going back to school in a few weeks and really want to go for a Architecture degree. How's the job market right now? Do you see it getting better in 2-4 years? Any other good advise? thx

It's very slow right now, hard to say what it will be like in 2-4 years. I have been in this industry for about 11 years now both residential and commercial and it's as slow as I've seen it.
Not totally sure about how the market is in your area for Architects but talking with a Local Colorado G.C. last week and construction is down about 65% in the Denver area and averaging 50% most places in the country.

Just left Denver 7 months ago and the firms there were laying people off like crazy. A friend of mine was one of them and he still has not found a job and he has been looking nation wide.
I moved back to WI for start a CM firm (what great timing) and the firms that we deal with are really slow right now.

you will be pretty much given a job if you are a nurse.
Hmm no good advise at all? I think in a few years we could see a change for the better.

Nurse really? I dont like old people,sick people,people that complain,hospitals, doctors. There are some pretty nurses tho hehe

I have one uncle that is an archetict and is not doing well and another that works for the military designing there buodings and he is do well. so i guess it is all who you plan on working for.
