I would like some input on the Shockwave helix. Have you used it? Have your results been favorable. Preferably guys that are riding with boost.

I personally havent used one.. currently running an hcx roller.. however I know there is a lot of people on boost running them..and havnt really heard any complaints.. I too am switching over to the shockwave.. probably for next season..

My Buddy has an Apex with a Stage 1 charger and the Shockwave - He swears by the thing and I ride with him all the time - we jump elevations quite often - he changes it about once a ride when we get up high to stay in the power band but it only takes him 1-3 minutes maybe

Anyways I have been looking hard at it as it seems like a great upgrade.

Very happy

I am running one on my MCX Nytro and love it. It only takes a few seconds to adjust and then you are back on the hill again. I haven't had to adjust in much, I mainly just did it to see the difference and it was very noticable. I started 6 turns in and was running 8900 - 9000 R's so I backed it out one turn and am now running 8800 most of the time and 8900 every so often.

Really like mine!

Very easy to use, allows you to change boost, elevation, etc. and you can quickly adjust the helix to the desired RPM.

Great Idea.

Eric, Rob is going back to his on his SC Nytro because of the easy adjustment and I also ride with a guy on an MCX Nytro and after being around both, when I build a sled with boost, I will have a shock wave.

I have one on my mcx nytro and love how quickly I can adjust the rpm's for elevation. I was riding one week at 10,000 then the next at 7,000. I only had to take one turn out to get the rpm's where I wanted them and it took me a couple of minutes!
