I'm looking for a decent set of all terrain tires for my 1/2 ton dodge. I don't want a set of full on mud and snows because my wife mainly drives this truck and will be running these tires all year round and I don't see the need to go with noisy aggressive m&s tires only to burn them off during the summer. But I do want something decent on there because the truck does see some gravel and icy roads.

I bought a set for my '06 F250 last fall. All i can say is that they are a great set of skins. Looked at buying them online at DicountTireDirect.com, but was able to use the difference in $'s as a bargaining chip. Great tread life, low noise, and great overall traction. I spend a lot of time off pavement hunting, fishing, and also pulling sleds. Can't go wrong!

I have a set on my pickup and put a set on my girlfriends trailblazer just before winter. She likes them for getting around in the snow, I've been happy with both vehicles with them on. very little road noise and gets good traction. She didn't notice a change in milage on the trailblazer with them, on the 1 ton ford, well milage isn't a factor to me.

I have been running a set on my Dmax for about 2 years and love em

I've been running them for just over a year and love them. I also got them at Discount Tire online. Shipped with wheels, mounted and balanced to my door for just a tad more than just the rubber at the local shops. I then sold my stockers for $300 and ended up with wheels and tires for cheaper than just tires from town.

got 20k on a set on my f250 which is almost always sitting at 9,000+lbs still going strong and should easily get 40k out of them. and i like to spin the tires, so im impressed with how they are holding up.

awesome tire. great for compact snow and ice. not so great for mud and deep slushy snow though. they r better than the goodyear duratrac on compact snow and ice. i used 2wd towing the sleds up this weekend while 2 newer chevys with there stock tires were having troubles in the parking lot in 4wd.

Had them on my 1 ton mega cab. Loved them. They gave my truck all kinds of traction compared to the firestones I ran before. Currently looking for some aftermarket 17" wheels so I can put them back on for the winter and not look silly on my pickup.

I had/have a set. I am on sked to see 80000km. They work good when new in the rain and snow. I found in deep snow with my 4 place they didnt work as good as my Kelly studded Safaris. I found it tough i n some parking lots and up mountain trails. The Hankooks are a 10 ply and great dor summer towing as well. I now use my studded Kellys in the winter and kept my Hankooks for the summer.

I just put on a set of goodyear duratracs. heard lots of good reports about them and they are a 10 ply with the mountain symbol on them making them a winter tire.

Put them on my 2005 Quad Cab (20")... they are not loud at all and seem to hold good in what little snow we've had this winter. As for wear, I can't say. I have never gotten any more than 20K miles out of ANY tires on this truck.

I just put a set of 285 75 16's on my expedition and I am very impressed on snow and ice. I also had them siped which helps on ice too. I'm going to get a set for my pickup next.
