Finally got rid of the mast of my beater genII's and picked up an 09 m8, trying to go riding Tuesday-Thursday. Ive been looking to try out some new areas around crested butte, Ive ridden all over kebler park, and Ive been into Washington gulch, but how is taylor park/tincup pass? and i saw on the map that you can rid on the back side of CB from the trail head in sky land how is it back there? Anybody want to show me around?

Taylor isn't bad, Spring Creek is usually deeper. All depends on the riding your after.. I grew up in gunni (in denver now) and to be honest unless I'm very very sick of irwin or black mesa I don't ride taylor, the snow just doesn't compare, and its just much deeper at irwin. black mesa..I'm lucky if I see a single person all day which is very nice, that won't happen at irwin. Maybe pm ZachCreek, I think he rides up around there. All are great beautiful places to shred it up though, enjoy!

I ride there a ton and there is a lot of good riding there. Snow is usually good but I do have to agree it does depend on the year, this year is somewhat lean unless you know where to go. I have not made it out much this year so I'm not sure where the snow is good. The North end of the park is usually the best.

I ended up riding irwin and wa gultch, we got fresh all day in washington gultch, went boondocking around right when we got on national forest then had fresh all the way up past elkton, want to check out Nicholson lake side next time im down there
