Bent the rod on my front shock the other day Cat P/N 1703-783 off of a 07 M8. Wonder if anybody has rebuilt one. Looks like the rod is just threaded on. Wondering if you have to add a pre-charge to the shock after the rebuild? Anybody have a manual?

Ok took it apart looks pretty straight forward. Need to know oil wt thinking 2.5, and what qty also need to know about bleeding it. Which I'm thinking will have to do with the oil qty. And last how much psi of nitrogen, felt like about 10 but hard to tell coming out of a needle.
