Basically the article describes how a supposedly pro-OHV group calling themselves "Responsible Trails America" is nothing more than a front.
The article goes on to describe how the effort is essentially funded by some (go figure) hippi out of CU Boulder with a trust fund.
If you haven't read the article I suggest you do, it will make you pretty mad.
