I'm in process of install right now.
I'm such a dumb&*$ and I can't believe that I'm admitting to drilling and welding the egt bungs on the top center of y-pipe. Care to guess why this won't work????

Where are you mounting your gauge?

i got a gauge lifter from madsigntist. he added a tab at the top of the mount
and now the KOSO sits in the notch on the top of the stock gauge. it does stick up a tad above the top of the hood. have a couple ideas about how to protect it. plus i run a windshield. looks slick when mounted. when i get some guidance to finish this install i will post some pics of matt's gauge lifter and how i have it mounted. just need to fix the RPM issue.

not sure exactly where you mean, but a quick guess would be interference with exhaust valves? or do you mean the center of the base of the Y??

Exhaust valves!!!!
I'm going to mount to the left of the stock gauge. the dial that adjust the headlights is where I will plumb the koso wireing and I might have to trim the dial to get everything through but can spin the trimed area back down under the hood.

do you have a gauge lifter? if not, i would really recommend talking to matt on here. he can set you up quick and it is VERY clean. i will post some pics here in a little while. i run the wires right along with the stock gauge wires.

yes. you are running only EGT, correct? i am not having a problem with it powering up or showing EGT correctly. it is the RPM part that is not working correctly.
