Any yamaboys seen an m8 in Cooke lately with a funny weld on the pipe?

I hear that a 1200 watercraft motor put on a clinic! X12 or something on the hood. Neary a turbo around could touch ol' X12 with the 16 wide!

more info. what was he running up against?? is it a basic cat chassis with the watercraft motor in it?? hearing good things about them watercraft motors.

Cool, would love to run against one, Would be entertaining at least, to see how it would handle this Apex on 19 lbs of boost.

I was in Cooke last weekish and there was some Yamaha's tripples with X-12 and X-7 pasted on the side of the hood????......and a couple of home built RX1 turbo's......not sure on the 1200 M8.....You know this is how rumors get started...

i mite have been mr storys 1200d&d turbo it should give any 4stroke fits but a 1200wc at elevation wont touch a high boost 4stroke or a high boost 2stroke for that matter 250hp vs 300++ you do the math

Dear Rooster,
personaly i would love to see your wittle cat up against a 1200 let alone a turbo yami. did you finaly make it up my shoot after all those yami boys broke trail for you? i bet it made you feel pretty good about your self when my mom blew past your high mark going 65 mph!

yeah no kidding! cat should be out huntin real mice insteada of clicking a plastic one!
P.S. i climed "turbo hill" on my old mountain max two years ago! your the one who needs to stay on the wittle hills

**** I remember last year when the old 866 was kicking that pudy's cat's ***.

Turbo hill is easy in the spring. Not so easy in the powder.

Ya that was smart  I also remember it rained and snowed all day :D

Best part of the whole trip was watching AC try and tow that proto M8 out with a 600 LOL in the snow & lighting.
