any way to cook on a 4 stroke?

i am trying to figure out a way to mount a muff pot or a hot dogger on my rx-1 i am running an undertunnel exhaust and my only thought would be to cut a hole the size of the muff pot in my tunnel right behind the tank. I haven't look at how possible this is or structurally what it will do to the tunnel. anybody done this or is there an electric alternative?

I wrap my sandwich in tin foil and set it just behind the engine (I haven't looked at my sled in a while) on the plate the header pipe runs under. It works fairly well but, it's not as good as a muffpot.

i like that idea, I've been thinking of that as the only way without changing anything.
