Any snow left Mirror Lake Highway?

So did anybody go up to Mirror lake highway over the 4th? I was wondering if there is still some snow left up there. It has been really hot the last couple of weeks and want to take one last ride and wondering if there is even any snow left to do it.

Thanks,

Saw your tracks Monday. My 10 yr old said those guys must be Pro's. LOL
Looks like you parked by the Fehr Lake parking lot.:face-icon-small-win

Looks like the snow is almost gone. I think this will definately be my last ride then for sure. Thanks for the pictures. It did just pump me up to get one last ride in for this season.

Well took my last ride up there last night. Snow is almost gone. Still could get another day or two up there but it is time to put it away for a couple months. Its been a great season.

short drive to smith fork in star valley wyoming will reveal plenty of snow still... about double what we had up mirror lake over the 4th of july...

Really? That is tempting. I really should just start saving my gas money though so I can buy a new sled. This summer is short so I dont have much time to save up enough cash to get a new one. Besides I will make my wife much happier if I just stop now. If there is still some in August then that might be worth the trip to ride in August though.

Nice Pictures.
Still need ice fishing gear I see.
Very true statement about short summer(hopefully), still snow and we are into July.

Rode Mirror lake area on Saturday. Lots of rock gardens to dodge. Still some fun stuff to play on. Everything is rock hard with a 3-4 inches of wet snow to make some fast descents. Probably 1.5-3 FT of base above 10,200 on North slopes and trees. Might be able to poke around next weekend yet, if you haven't been able to say you've ridden in July. I think I'm calling it a year, unless Cooke City still has a bunch in August I might make the trek north.
