any problems running an 01 Mtn Cat 800 w/o a headlight?

I'm fairly new to the Mtn Cat. I know on the 05-06 M7 I couldn't run without a headlight without having a resistor to take it's place. Is there a similar issue with the Mtn Cat?

Removing the headlight will cause no problems.
