Im thinking about heading up Wolverine this Saturday but I am worried about snow conditions too. I drove up to Bone today and there is alot less snow than there was 2 weeks ago because of that stupid warm front. So pray for more snow!!!!

wolverine is lookin okay. you still dig dirt if you get stuck or climb anything steep but, its okay. its a pain in the *** to get out there because its all ice on the way up. i dumped my sled pretty hard 3 days ago and i got to do some rebuilding... should be done in a day or 2. im going wednsday if anyone wants to meet up there for a beer or 2. e-mail me.... bone is still bone dry... waiting on a good snofall and some wind

it was crap. i took ammon down there (first mistake) then, while there, i dumped my sled on a big huge chunk of ICE. hundreds in damage but my arse hurts more than my sled. it really needs to snow more. once you get to the "W" and in some shady hills, there is some okay riding. but, if i were anyone that actually took a stranger's advice, i would wait for some more snow... :sun::sun::sun::sun:

I wish I would of read this before I left, we got to Wolverine at about 6:00AM and there is NOTHING for snow!!!! They parking lot is completly bare and the trail was just ice and there was only just a skiff of snow up there. We ended up turning around and driving straight to Island Park, which was an awesome ride with lots of snow.

yeah, its bad. i REALLY HATE DRY GROUND IN THE WINTER! so, i had to REPO a sled i was in the process of selling because he was dodging my calls and not paying me. he QUICKLY called me about a half hour after i took it back and was upset that i took it! haha, people seriously don't understand : YOU DON'T PAY YOUR BILLS, YOU DON'T KEEP YOUR TOYS!!! anyhow, i also have a '88 polaris indy 488 for parts if anyonw wants parts for their sled. i will let the whole sled go for a hundred bucks. I WISH IT WOULD SNOW!!!!!!!!!!

I thought you were doing IP tuesday. I might do wolverine if we keep getting snow!!!! It was crap last monday!

IP was cancelled. no one i know has the time off. so, its going to be wolvwerine on tuesday. i heard the roads were being plowed by that farm down ammon road so, getting to wolverine road might be a little tricky. has anyone been there yet? i know the sno is wet right now but, im sure its lookin good in the hills!

went to cedar creek and unloaded and went up to high basin
there was a good foot of new snow and we didnt get there till
2 oclock but the snow was starting to dry out so preatty good ride no sage brush showing going back in by horse creek and behind blue mountain
this saturday if I get my wheel bearing changed on my truck in time

Its official

i made it up to wolverine this morning and i have to admit that im a snow junkie! my ****ty sled connected well and i didn't even get stuck once! i did watch a NICE flame paint job go to **** when a noob bailed on his sled!:face-icon-small-win no, i had a great time this morning and i can't wait for tomorrow!
