Any Model 94 lover/collectors out there?

I have a couple of questions about my 25-35. It is a 1923 model rifle with Lyman tang sights and rear buckhorns. Trying to come up with a value. I am looking for a auto pistol for carrying. Gun is quite good condition for being over 80 years old, but there is a bad spot on the barrel where it rested in my cabinet and got wet.
