Hey all,
A few weeks ago we all saw Brandy's post about a free beacon (not bacon-in case you are having trouble seeing the screen). Well, I followed through with the scholarship application and guess what--I WON A FREE BEACON and a FREE level 1 avy course. Pretty cool--right!

So heres the deal, YOU GET TO BE A WINNER AS WELL!

The scholarship recipricants are asked to pass on the knowledge that we gain from our avy education to you---FREE!

SO, is there any interest in an Avalanche Awareness Course on the Olympic Peninsula? Sequim, Bremerton, Forks. Gig Harbor or anywhere in between.

Let me know--get back to me. We can set up some dates and start your Avalanche Training or provide you with a refresher.

Thanks guys,

BigT (Tharin Huisman)

Too bad you're not in Yakima.

But I did have BACON for dinner tonight. Yum Yum!!!

Come on Guys,
This is a great opportunity to get the family started in some avy eductation. Maybe its a beginner class for the family and/or a refresher for you. Maybe its a refresher for your riding pards. Maybe its an introduction for your riding group that thinks avy education is a waste of time.
Its not limitted to sledders. Skiers, snowshoers, snowboarders--open to all winter back country users.

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!

This makes me so happy... that someone took advantage of this offer!!!

If you would consider having a class over here you would be more than welcome to stay at our home. Just a thought... not sure how many sledders we have on the Peninsula?

Still looking to put a class on over here on the Peninsula. Give me a shout.
REMEMBER--this is FREE. It's a great opportunity to get the family some avy awareness for the occasional time they ride with you AND a great refresher for you!

I would be interested for sure, Gig Harbor area would be sweet.

Could my son attend? He is 11 but I want the "awareness" to start early... many of us have made it this far by luck and it would be great to know he will continue on with knowledge instead of gambling on luck.
