I am managing a lot/cabin in Easton that could be a great location, but needs work. I am looking for 2 more "use partners" to put in $500 annual to help pay taxes and fees. It needs work done to be habitable, but me and the other "partner" are starting to accomplish some of this. It is more like sweat equity plus a $500 /year lease tha pays fees for water and snow removal on the street.
The cabin needs wiring finished and some inside work and eventually needs lifted and reset on better footings. It really can't be demolished and redone due to grandfathering rules of the water/sewer/power. There would be parking space and a dry place to stay the night avoiding a commute for weekend trips. There is a Dry a-frame also that could sleep 4-6.
In the spring, we will be looking @ putting in an RV pad. It has river access and will be cleaned up and a nice place to spend the night siting peacefully by the river.
I will be doing some excavation work tomorrow instead of attending the snow show. First show missed in 10+ years. PM with any questions and i will further answer them.
