Both hand and thumb warmers worked on my way up today.
On the way down both hand and thumb warmers didn't work. I havn'nt had a good look at things yet.

mine and my buddy's both aren't working either, 110 miles on mine and 50 on his, going into shop this week for warranty work!

DId you try them again when you got back to your garage? If they are working and it was it very cold out when you were riding your bars are sucking up the heat as my 12 did the same thing, the bars are aluminum and suck the heat and will feel like there is no heat at all when it is real cold out, you need to cork your bars i will post up a how to, i did it on my 12 and just did it again on my 13 night and day difference the hand warmers will get nice and toasty, you basically remove your grips and warmers and lay a thin layer of cork around your bars to insulate from transferring the heat into your bars. I took some good pictures and will post. Also a few years ago polaris had a problem with the hand warmers grounding out on the bars and was causing problems had to lay a layer of tape under warmers.

They didn't get that hot when they were working, but they are def. not working now.
The cork thing sounds good, but you lost me on how to do it.

Hand Warner's not working

Hey guys check your wiring bag by your belt if this get condensation in it you may have to use electrical spray. This also may have something to do with some bogging issues.

First thing that I thought when looking over the sled in my shop was what a bad place to have this bag if connections. It be a good place to look. While your in there I would put dielectric grease on all the connectors.

I see that your using hand guards I am also and was out in -28 c and I had to put them on low my hands were cooking. I don't see needing the insulation
They work way better then the nytro ones do. IMHO

I checked and the connector fell off the back of the hand warm switch. The connector they use doesn't have a clip or anything to hold it on. They will simply fall off after some bumps. I'll have to rig up something to hold these on better.
Off topic here, but is there a reason they only have a short hose off the coolant overflow tank? I have antifreeze all over my belt drive and it even came out my pull rope hole and all over the outside of my sled. :face-icon-small-con

I put a longer hose on mine. After spending the night in the garage with simple green and a hose cleaning off my antifreeze I had to do something. My hand warmers were unhooked as well
