Any good riding between Seattle and Spokane?

I live in Spokane and I'm trying to meet someone from Seattle. Is there any decent riding ANYWHERE in between. Anything on the east side of the cascades?i have never ridden in that area and I'm looking for some info.

Blewett Pass might be a bit better, being higher elevation. About midway between Seattle and Spokane.

Thanks for the info. Still on the fence whether to head to those areas of fly him into Spokane, then drive to Northern Idaho. Idaho will probably have better snow next weekend.
