Any fix for the s-chassis flooding probmen?

I've got an '97 Summit 670, and it runs fine except for when I park it and shut it off while we're riding. I usually shut the gas off, but it still seems to want to flood, and I have to hold the throttle cracked to get it to start. If it sits for too long, I'll have to pull the plugs and dry it out to get it to start. The engine is a 670 from a '93 Mach 1 if that makes a difference.

Is this problem only when pointed down hill or level ground? Check the float height, better yet set float height to 99X spec's. Needle and seat seeping through? I would look into those items if it were me.

Needle and seat are new on both carbs, it's mostly just when it's pointed downhill and when it's warm. I know it's a pretty common problem on this style of sleds, since the carbs are tilted down already, and pointing downhill just makes it worse. I'll check out the floats and see if I can adjust them a bit.
