Any differences between 2011-2013 multifunction gauges? HELP

I broke my multifunction gauge on my 2011 rmk assault and none of the local dealers have it in stock. I have tried to order it off 2 different online parts stores so far and they have both told me the gauge is dicontinued. So can I use a 2012 or 2013 gauge? Whats going on here?

I do have a few extra. One red with 350 miles on it and one green brand new with 0 miles.

What does that mean red or green? Are not all the Pro gauges the same?
