I just acquired last September a 2006 black with cashmere interior, six speed automatic with Z51 and preferred equipment option packages and I absolutely love the car. Dog never did fit in the car but I enjoy taking the wife with me on lots of trips to new restaurants 70 miles away. Wife absolutely insisted I get the car after I chickened out the first time around.

Looking forward to taking it out of storage next Friday.

Just wondering what you enjoy your Corvette for the most.

I enjoyed Corvette rallys such as Breckenridge Colorado and Spearfish South Dakota.

Last time I was in Spearfish bunch of vets went to Sturgis 8th mile drag strip. I think I made 9 runs that day what a blast

Nice ride - congrats on finally pulling the trigger. Why did you chicken out the first time?

I see you are in Missoula - which town is 70 miles away that you like to hit?

I have a couple years old Challenger that I have been able to take out a few times in the past month. I just avoid the sand / rocks piled up in the center of the intersections. As long as I keep to the main paths, streets really are pretty clean.

Chickened out the first time because it was difficult to get my head around dropping serious money on a "toy" for dad.

Here are some restaurants I would recommend for great drives and great food:
1.) Richwines Burgerville in Polson.
2.) Moroldo's Italian Restaurant in Big Fork
3.) Mission Bistro in Stevensville
4.) Nap's Grill in Hamilton
5.) Taste of Paris in Hamilton
6.) Somers Bay Cafe in Somers

Of course, always take the East Side HW heading south from Missoula.

Looking to do Eddie's Supper Club in Great Falls agian soon. HW 200 for sure all the way.
