Any body know what kind material the y use?

Any body know what kind material they use for prefilter material?
is it Nylon mesh or Polyester you know the kind SLP sells $600 a yard

i haven't figured that out yet. i did figure out that 80% sunblock window screen is the same stuff they use for the exterior mesh. cost me $9 for a square yard got 2 sheets of abs plastic for $16. already made a few really inexpensive vents.

The few companies that sell the stuff are tight lipped. I wish I knew what it was as well. Hard to swallow $40 bucks for like a 1/4 yard of material!

they dont make so they have to get it from somewhere. i'll figure it out just have to keep diggin

Check out www.extremetoyprotection.com, they have a similar material that costs less, and is much more durable. I've been looking for where to replace all my torn flowrites & I'm gonna get my material from them to do it.
