anti-stab kit

Ice Age is 7075 billet shaft and 6061 wheels. The Wahl bearings wear out quickly and then you're SOL. Plus the whimpy shaft bends. Ice Age no question

Since your in Canada you might try nextech they offer a anti stab kit now. Dont know the price.

Oh so they are still alive? Sent 2 mails to them and no answer. My guess was that they've stopped making sled parts, but i guess not.

Anyone got a email adress to them that works?

Anyone ever noticed a gap between the iceage anti stab and hyfaxes ? How it is suposed to help reduce friction without touching the track ? Is it me or ?

For those with questions about durability. Like mentioned above, ours are all built from 7075 shafts, hardcoat anodized 6061 aluminum wheels and high quality NTN or Koyo bearings are used. Like anything, it can be broke, but we build these parts to take a beating.

Our newest 2 wheel anti-stab offering is running a 3" wheel which helps with concerns regarding height and works better with the 3.5 Pitch tracks being offered. Our 4 wheel anti stabs as show above run a 2.5" wheel.

When you trim/radius up front for the anti stab the hyfax should be shaped in a way so that the wheel is the leading edge and it rounds down onto the hyfax for best/smoothest performance.

Do not trust the weak wahl brothers kit. I broke one when it shouldn’t have and stabbed my track. Couldn’t believe the difference in build quality and size when I got the mtntk. Do not skimp out on this part!
